Do the watches include a warranty?
Absolutely. All our mods are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something isn’t right, get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Can I resize the strap myself?
Yes. Each order includes a small adjustment tool so you can size the strap at home. Just follow the instructions carefully.
Which movements are used?
We work with genuine, high-quality movements such as NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70, NH72, VK63, VK64, and VK61 — chosen for their reliability and precision.
Can you remove original logos?
Yes. If you’d like your watch without the original brand logo, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll assemble it that way.
I love a model but want to change the strap or dial — is that possible?
Definitely. Most of our builds can be customized. Message us via WhatsApp or email with your idea and we’ll create it for you.

How long until my order arrives?
We usually assemble your watch within 3–7 business days. After shipping, delivery takes around 8-10 business days depending on your location
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we provide free worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by country.
Will I be charged extra taxes or duties?
No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
How do I track my order?
When your watch ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Use it anytime to follow your package.
Orders
I didn’t get my order confirmation — what now?
Check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend it.
Can I cancel my order?
If the order hasn’t yet entered the assembly process, we can cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the watch is unused and in its original packaging.
Custom builds may be non-returnable, but this will always be clearly stated before purchase.
